Low Light Therapy only accept returns on faulty product. Not due to change of mind, or incorrect ordering.

If you think you may have ordered incorrectly, email, call or text us immediately for clarification or cancellation of your order.

*Freight is not free, nor is our time.

Warranty claim

If a product is faulty upon it's receipt, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Low Light Therapy reserve the right to determine whether the product is defective through communication and photo or video footage of the affected product, provided by the customer when requested to do so.

If parcel packaging arrives damaged, please photograph before opening.

Replacement or refund will be determined by Low Light Therapy with consultation with the customer.
